Meet Ilaria Sgaravato De Moustier
Graduated from Bocconi University (Milan) and Essec Business School (Paris), after 4 years in the fashion and luxury industry (Dior & Prada), Ilaria decides to take a new challenge and finally pursue her dream: a 6 months trip around Southern Easy Asia. Alone, with her backpack and a lot of curiosity, she travels to Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar, volunteering for 2 months in an ancient Tibetan monastery in the Himalayas. She finds there her new vocation: teaching, meditation, yoga and slow life. She continues her adventure in an Indian Ashram in Kerala, for a month, where she takes her first degree as yoga teacher.
Back in Paris, where her previous job was still waiting for her, she decides instead to launch her wellness platform: Happyhealthyila, to promote a happier and healthier lifestyle. After finishing her studies in neurosciences and NLP in 2019, Ilaria becomes a life coach and together with her HHI team she promotes today a wide range of wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, life coaching, pnl, naturopathy and acupressure.
She actually works as a life coach for personal and professional objectives and she proposes a revolutionary Digital Coaching of 21 days called “Brain Pills Challenge” in which she teaches how to rebalance mind-body-belly through different approaches (neurosciences, nlp, auto hypnosis, naturopathy, Ayurveda, nutrition, acupressure, phytotherapy etc..) By using the power of the brain we can reprogram the whole organism to a new and better version of ourselves. She is also the founder of the “Better Life Sessions” at Chateau de Bournel: immersive healing weeks where to experience and learn everything about a healthy life style, under the guidance of a team of experts in neurosciences, yoga, acupressure, energy treatments and naturopathy. These moments are proposed in an ancient Castle in Eastern France, immerged in the Forest, which is today Ilaria’s home.
